But firstly I would like to congratulate to all those who participated in this marvelous sport of tipping. Not only is it fun, but it is, I guess, sort of beneficial (mathematically). Currently doing probability in Y12 Methods I guess I see that, looking at a Math teachers' point of view, this is a good exercise in viewing the probability of the winner of last year's Redback Football League winning again, or if the runner-up came second again.
Not only I, but Emily, Laura and Adele (who says that she has a passion for Methods), also think that this is a good exercise. When I interviewed lovestruck Adele, she commented on this fact saying "I absolutely love Methods. I guess I can compare it to my love for Harry Plopper - Potter, Harry Potter! Damn that Ginny Weasly!". I guess you can say the antiderivative of Math is the derivative of Arithmancy.
Emily, a profound and notorious liar, likened footy tipping to the "amount of times I half-stood up thinking the 'sainters' scored a goal during round 18, only then finding out we scored points."
Laura was unavailable for an interview due to the "amount of work I need to get through...leave me alone Pat!"
Scott, who was also unavailable for an interview due to "throat sickness reasons", as quoted by Director of the upcoming Callaghan Street play "Corpes Bride", Kirsten, is obviously excited that Hawthorn Football Club has finally reached the finals.

And the winner is....PATRICK! On 125 points, he has defended his title. Emily came second with 120 points and Mr Caughey, with 118 points, came third. Not a surprise, seeing as he's the Head of Green House.
