ARBYS
We are pleased to announce that the 2009 Annual Redbacker of the Year Awards will once again be held at Dante's Restaurant in Fitzroy.
The date has been confirmed as Saturday December 19th, beginning at 6pm.
The cost will be $50, same as previous years, and includes a three course meal and unlimited soft drink.
All current members, and former full-members, are invited automatically (a formal invitation will be given out soon).
Redback policy is that any current member who wishes to attend, will be able to (assuming parental permission). If for some reason you feel you are unable to attend, please contact Caughey ASAP so that we have time to try to solve your problem.
Please note that numbers are limited; at present the list of current members, ex-members, and official guests who are to be invited means that there is no room for invitees to bring friends or partners.
Extra places may become available as people accept and decline invitations; in this case the committee will decide on who else may be invited.
Invitations can ONLY be extended by the committee: please DO NOT INVITE PEOPLE YOURSELF.
Please RSVP by November 20.

CONGRATULATIONS
Firstly, congratulations to Jamtin, who auditioned for Short & Sweet on the weekend. She performed a monologue from 'The Diary of Anne Frank', and did it well too - especially since she prepared pretty much by herself, with me being away and it being holidays and all.
She now waits anxiously to see if anyone needs a 16 year old to play an 'evil' role - but even if they don't, an awesome experience for her to actually do a real audition, so well done.
Next, congratulations to Kennara, Diana, and Mechelle, who have all been voted in as probationary Redback members. Welcome, and well done on your audtions - Redbackers take membership votes pretty seriously, so getting in is an achievement you should be proud of.
Not sure what our membership numbers look like now, but Redback's looking pretty healthy I think.

Disneyland
Ok so I'm in America right? And I can't afford to bring you all back presents, so I'm going to make it a blog competition:
